Please read and understand our policies before booking. These policies exist to protect your time and ours, and to ensure every client receives the best possible experience.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 25% of the total service price is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is collected at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total service balance.
Deposits are calculated based on your selected service, size, length, hair, and any add-ons. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and will not be charged without your knowledge, except as outlined in this policy.
Your card on file may be charged in the following circumstances:
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to appear for your appointment, will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the total service price, charged to the card on file.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or through your client dashboard as early as possible.
A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation notice.
In the event of a no-show, the following will occur:
We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Braiding services are time-intensive, and late arrivals can affect the quality of your service and the experience of other clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the stylist's discretion. Your deposit will not be refunded in this case.
If you know you will be late, please call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and blown out (or stretched). Hair that is not properly prepared may require additional time and may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
If you are bringing your own braiding hair, please bring at least 3 packs of your preferred hair. We recommend having extra on hand depending on the style and length selected.
If you would like us to provide the hair, please select the appropriate hair color option during booking. A $45 hair fee will be added to your service total.
We are a private salon suite. Space is limited and reserved exclusively for the client being serviced. Under no circumstances are additional guests, friends, family members, or children permitted during your appointment.
Do not bring children. There is no space, no waiting area, and no exceptions. Arriving with extra guests or children may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit being forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. It allows us to give every client our full, undivided attention.
